Chef Tim is planning a delicious three-course meal to impress your sweetie for Valentine’s day for $35 per person. He and Brewmaster JR, have carefully paired each course with either a flyte of our craft beer selections ($8) or a flyte of wine ($12). This special fixed price menu will be offered Friday through Monday nights (the 11-14th) in addition to our regular menu.
Salad:
Endive and pear salad, toasted pistachios, clementines and pear vinaigrette paired with the Trimbach Riesling or Max Gold

Roasted beets, granny smith apples, whipped goat cheese, micro celery and red wine vinaigrette paired with the Dr L. Riesling or Max Red
Entrée:
Lobster pot pie- Lobster, carrots and peas under puff pastry paired with the Clos Pegase Chardonnay or Old 320

Pimento cheese crusted filet of beef, rock shrimp and cauliflower risotto paired with the Jack London Zinfandel or Gimme Shelter Bock
Dessert:
Red velvet cupcakes with a cream cheese icing paired with the Schramsberg Blanc de Blancs Sparkling or Max IMOS
