Oktoberfest at Max Lager’s

Believe it or not, y’all, but pretty soon here the weather will cool down, the leaves will turn brilliant shades of yellow and orange, and we’ll have ourselves a true Georgia Autumn. With this season comes one thing we beer lovers can’t get enough of… Oktoberfest!!

In celebration of this holy holiday, we’ll be releasing our MaxFest bier on Saturday, September 22 to coincide with the start of Oktoberfest in Munich, Germany. From September 22nd – October 7th we’ll be featuring a special menu with Oktoberfest foods including Schnitzel and our own Max Bratwurst made with MaxFest (and love, of course). Menu to follow on the blog shortly.

Brewer’s Release of Kentucky Beer Dad

Stay tuned for updates on the first Brewer’s Release featuring Atlanta Brewing Company’s Kentucky Beer Dad, a collaborative beer made with Gavin McKenna of ABC and Max Lager’s Brewmaster JR. It’s a bourbon barrel-aged version of Beer Dad Lagerwine.
