Greetings from Max Lager’s!!! Take a look at the mouth-watering line-up of cask conditioned beers we have coming, all of which will be tapped each Thursday at 3:00 PM.
- May 19: White Oak White conditioned with Orange Peel
- May 26: IMOS (Imperial Mocha Oatmeal Stout) aged with Roasted Coconut and Oak Spirals
- June 2: Hopsplosion!!! Hopped up with Azacca Hops.
- June 9: IMOS (Imperial Mocha Oatmeal Stout) conditioned with Bourbon soaked Coffee Beans from Ethiopia.
Things have been heating up at Max Lager’s, and our draft menu is adjusting to the temperatures accordingly. We recently tapped our Hitze Keller-Pils (German for Heat Wave Unfiltered Pilsner), and it has been a very refreshing addition to the draft line-up with a complex hop character blending nicely with a crisp malt flavor. While refreshing, this beer also weighs in at 5.7% ABV making it the ideal beer to enjoy with some Fire Cracker Wings on our back patio.
Sour beer fans will be happy to know that we brewed a new batch of our hoppily sour Hula Hoop Sour IPA last week. As of publishing, the Hula Hoop is fermenting away and showing definitive signs of the tropical aromas that are sure to please all drinkers. Look for the Hula Hoop to be on tap sometime in late June to early July.
Finally IMOS fans, we will likely have the latest batch of IMOS on tap within the next 2 weeks. This batch is tasting amazingly well with a super soft mouth feel complementing the roasty dark chocolate malt character. IMOS is one of those beers for all seasons and should not be missed. Come enjoy it while it lasts!
