On April 5th, I collaborated with Glenn Golden from Jailhouse Brewing Company. During the San Francisco Craft Brewers Conference, the idea for a beer came into conception. We decided to create the Max Security for Atlanta Beer Week. Max Security is a smoked schwarzbier with rye, cherry wood smoked malt and molasses and will be available staring May 16th.
