On April 5th, we enjoyed collaborating on a new beer with the Jailhouse Brewing Company. While in San Francisco for the Craft Brewer’s Conference, Brewmasters John Roberts and Glenn Golden, from Jailhouse, decided to create this beer for Atlanta Beer Week. They created a smoked schwarzbier with rye, cherry wood smoked malt and molasses, called the Max Security.
