More than 150 breweries came together in Tampa, Florida for Cigar City’s 10th Anniversary of Hunahpu’s Day, and Max Lager’s had the pleasure of being one of these invitees (5th year, best year!!).

“It’s always good to see Wayne from Cigar City, and I even saw the brewer that I just met in Spain from Edge Brewery.” – Brewmaster John Roberts (JR) commented on seeing friends old and new at Hunahpu.

Hunahpu is all all about bringing brewers together to talk about the latest in the microbrewery world over some damn good beer. From international brewers like Jamie from Twickenham Fine Ales in London, who’s beer won their category at Atlanta Cask Ale Tasting in January, to brewers like Jeff Stuffings from Jester King Brewery in Austin, Texas, there was no shortage of community.
