After a week feeling like we were living in Seattle, Mr. Blue Sky has finally made his appearance, along with his sidekick Sunny Boy. Nothing pairs better with sunshine like a Max Lager’s brew. Here’s what we have for you this week:

Proclivity Pilsner | Brewmaster John Roberts has a proclivity for brewing clean, classic lager’s – and this version of our pilsner is no different. Proclivity is a Bavarian pilsner, using 100% pilsner malt and a blend of German noble hops to create a wonderfully crisp lager. IBU 36, ABV 5.5%, O.G. 12.7° Plato

Indominus Belgian Quad | We put a new spin on an old classic. This updated version of our Belgian quad features extra Belgian Candi Syrup and roasted malt. This addition adds a depth of roasted chocolate flavor to notes of raisin and fig. IBU 23, ABV 9.7%, O.G. 22.3° Plato

Hopsplosion!!! IPA | Hopped with a technique known as “hop bursting.” Citra, Mosaic, El Dorado and Azacca hops are added at the last minute to give this IPA a luscious tropical character bursting with notes of pineapple, mango, orange, and guava. IBU 80, ABV 7.5%, O.G. 16.2° Plato

Reserve 53 Amber Lager | Amber lager made with pilsner and vienna malts; balanced with a mild, floral hop finish. Light and refreshing body without sacrificing full malt character. IBU 28, ABV 6%, O.G. 13° Plato

Demon D’or Trippel | Devilishly delicious Belgian Style Trippel with a spicy fruitiness and a soft malt sweetness. Additions of rum soaked oak spirals and Belgian candy sugar add to the complex layers of flavors. Don’t let the medium-light body of this Abbey-style beer deceive you, at 11.5% ABV, this demon packs a punch! IBU 18, ABV 9.2%, O.G. 19° Plato

Gimme Chocolate Bock | Brewed with loads of Ghanaian cocoa nibs & 100% cocoa powder, Gimme Chocolate Bock has a luscious blend of toasted malt and dark chocolate flavors. A clean lager profile provides a smooth finish to this rich bock. IBU 20, ABV 7.3%, O.G. 18.9° Plato
