 Max Lager's was one of the first restaurants to bring the fresh and natural wood-fired menu concept to Atlanta.  The art of cooking with wood enhances the Max Lager's experience with bold flavors simply not found with alternative cooking methods. We feel that the investment made in the wood-fired grill is an investment that pays great dividends to our guests.

All Max Lager's menu items are prepared daily from scratch. Wood-fired steaks, burgers, seafood, ribs, and pizza are Max Lager's signature items. An inspired selection of entrée salads and pastas add variety to the American menu.

Spinach & Artichoke Dip 
Chock full of spinach, artichokes & cheese, served with freshly made corn chips ~ a very popular Maxatizer.

Fire & Spice  Slivers of battered jalapeño peppers and onions fried and sprinkled with Max pepper dust, served with ranch dressing

GA Peanut Strips  Chicken strips hand pressed in spicy roasted Georgia peanuts with Korean dipping sauce and udon noodles

Max steaks are premium, hand-cut, aged, Mid-Western grain fed beef. 

The Manhattan Steak  Aged 12 oz. center cut Black Angus New York Strip, whipped potatoes, spinach

Filet Mignon  Aged filet topped with bleu cheese & bacon, whipped potatoes, spinach

Cowboy Steak 18 oz Black Angus bone-in Ribeye marinated in Max Beer, whiskey & spices, asparagus, whipped potatoes

The Texan 12 oz Black Angus pepper seasoned Top Sirloin, French fries

BBQ Ribs Tender baby back ribs basted in Max beer, smoked with our own BBQ sauce and served with French fries & cole slaw

House Smoked Hickory Pork Chop With whipped potatoes, jalapeño gravy, haricots verts

Lemon Basil Salmon  Wood fired 10 oz filet, spinach

Georgia Trout  Pecan brown butter, black truffle grits, wild mushrooms, spinach

California Cobb  Mixed greens tossed with roasted chicken, eggs, bacon, tomatoes, red onions, avocado, and blue cheese

Buffalo Chicken Salad*  Buffalo seasoned fried chicken served over mixed greens and Bermuda onions with ranch dressing and celery

Sedona Salad*  Max's house salade mix with corn salsa, diced tomatoes, and jalapeno jack cheese tossed in ranch dressing. 
Topped with tortilla strips & chipolte lime marinated grilled chicken or shrimp. 

Mandarin Tuna  Sesame crusted, served over a bed of spring mix in a ginger citrus vinaigrette & topped with red peppers, mandarin oranges, cranberries & candied nuts
